Nickel Alloy 601 Seamless Pipe Factory
Our factory is equipped with a complete nickel-based alloy production matrix, which relies on the VIM (vacuum induction melting) + ESR (electroslag remelting) dual refining system. Through the multi-station LG series high-precision cold rolling mill (Pilger Mill), we can strictly control the outer diameter and wall thickness tolerance of the finished tubes within ±0.05mm.


To verify the structural integrity of each tube, we perform 100% coverage eddy current testing (ET) and ultrasonic testing (UT), supplemented by hydrostatic pressure testing at up to 70MPa. All products leaving the factory undergo 100% positive material verification using a handheld spectrometer (PMI).


Each alloy tube is encapsulated with an 80μm thick UV-resistant laser protective film and individually nested in a thickened bubble wrap shockproof bag. The tube opening is fitted with an HDPE high-pressure polyethylene sealing cap to prevent internal contamination. Finished products are typically packaged in 15mm thickened fumigation-free plywood crates conforming to ISPM-15 standards.
